Several ducks gather on a small rock in the middle of the water, while others swim around it. The palette of watery greens, greys and whites creates a fresh, serene atmosphere, and touches of blue and brown in the plumage bring the birds to life. A watercolour with loose strokes and washed backgrounds that suggest the surface of the pond.
