An abstraction in a very elongated format where the colours of sunset break down into horizontal patches. A touch of fiery orange crowns the top, above a mass of blues, violets and maroons crossed by vertical brushstrokes. The watercolour, applied with quick, running gestures, keeps areas of white paper that bring light.
