A village street with whitewashed houses, tiled roofs and a dark wooden door. On the right stands out a window with a wrought-iron grille and a small blue roof, with clay pots inside; on the left, a flowering shrub. The watercolour, with clean colours and mauve shadows, conveys the calm of a sunny corner of Castellar.
