Clusters of wisteria in bloom cascade down among branches and green leaves. The watercolour builds the flowers with small strokes of lilac and violet, while the foliage is resolved in broad patches of greens and yellows that let the white of the paper breathe. A lush composition with fresh colour and a springtime feel.
