A yellowish meadow in Ingapirca where several cows graze, with white, pale-roofed houses at the foot of a hillside. On the left rises a row of tall trees in greens and ochres, and in the background the hill fades beneath a greyish-mauve sky. The loose, wet watercolour leaves a serene atmosphere of an afternoon in the countryside.
