Sailing boats moored in the harbour, with red and blue hulls, are reflected in water that fills almost the whole vertical format. The masts and their rippling reflections create a rhythm of lines running down to the bottom edge. In the background, buildings blur into a golden light. The watercolour works with deep blues and very luminous transparencies.
