A watercolour of a terrace beneath a turquoise-green awning, with seated and standing figures barely suggested in the shade. Behind appear a wall lantern, façades in earth tones and a pale tower outlined against the sky. The wet ground reflects the awning and the parked cars in an urban scene of intense colours.
