A watercolour showing Castellar Reservoir from above: the clear water winds its way between hills covered in low scrub and a peninsula of dark vegetation. In the foreground, scrub in greens, ochres and yellows; in the distance, mountains in mauves and greys beneath a cloudy sky. A wide, luminous view, with loose, fresh colour.
